Streets and buildings

One beautiful characteristic of our villages is their narrow streets which zig-zag past quiet, two-storey houses. I find these quaint alleys endlessly interesting, as there is always something different to record for posterity. Maltese houses are simply designed, but welcoming at the same time. I am attracted to wrought iron designs over doors and across windows, and the soft globigerina stone.
